用Python给二维码图片添加提示文字

一、需求:

判断当前浏览器是否为微信,是的话挑起微信支付,不是的话,显示二维码图片并提示用户到微信中打开

1. 判断是否微信

3. 如果系统缺字体,那么需要去下载
