多种方法实现DedeCms专题随意调用

解释说明：第三条为本D友独创，呵呵O(∩_∩)O~，主要是查看了源码后才发现的。好处就是可以随心所欲第调用。例如你要调用一级栏目下所有的专题，只要typeid=' '中输入顶级栏目ID就可以了，无须二级栏目ID，支持跨级调用。
